By The Sea Residential Care Inc is a six bed assisted living (
board and care) that is dedicated to caring for the elderly 60
years and over. It is owned and operated by an RN. Demetia and
Alzheimer residents are welcome. Our staff is awake 24/7 and
are all educated in Dementia Care. We are located in San Diego
area 9 blocks from the beach. Our residents enjoy many
acitivities and work with the Imperial Beach Senior Center to
provide physical and mental stimulation. We have 3 outdoor
patios with a tropical theme. We are offering a $500/month
discount for the 12 months for the first 12 months. If you would
