We did an interview and a walk through at the Lilley Lodge, everything seemed OK so we let
my grandma move in. After a month, we noticed the neglect and mistreatment. Sometimes
no one would help her go to the bathroom for hours, the patient caregivers are not nurses and
all have attitudes. The owner is only after money and doesn't really care about quality care.
We have moved my grandma to a MUCH nicer facility and she loves it! Don't send your loved
ones here!!!!!
