RosePointe II is a 42-unit independent living community for individuals 55 or better who want a more affordable housing option; comfortable living at a comfortable price. It is located in Roseville MN, on the same grounds as RosePointe, but does not include complimentary services or amenities. It is a Three Story walk-up building. One and two bedroom floor plans are priced between $780 and $975.
