I have been in contact with several people the Marion Regional office the
Charleston and the Champain Illinois offices involving complaints about a LPN
nurse named Tracy Poindexter Casey Illinois Tracy Poindexter has knowingly
broken the HIPPA law confiding patients names addresses and their illness to me
several times in my several contacts with Addus they have not assumed and
investigated these but have misinformed me about LPN Tracy Poindexter not being
a nurse for them but told me another nurses name and I have been to Henson Place
in Champain with Tracy along with some of her patients I feel that bosses above
Jeanie and ms Mitchell in Marion should not ignore this problem as Addus Health
Care should assume some responsibly for LPN's who claim to discredit Addus Send
