River Town Heights apartment complex offers a comfortable and friendly living environment. Located one block off of the main street in St. Croix Falls, Wisc., this complex offers the convenience of being close to downtown. It is also located directly across from the medical clinic and hospital. If you are a senior 50 years of age or older or are 18 years old or older with a disability, living on limited income within HUD guidelines, you will pay only about 30 percent of your income to live in one of our apartments.
