Resident & family reviews
The fallout from dealing with their inexperienced, under-qualified, unprofessional staff is as painful today as it was when we first encountered them. If taking their social worker before the state board seeking sanctions tells you anything, take note. They left the deceased alone in the room, feet uncovered, eyes open...not even enough courtesy and respect to cover him and lay him properly. His 79 year old mother found him in that state, and respectfully closed his eyes, covered his feet and tucked him in. Not one member of their staff assisted her. Shameful and unconscionable. Horrible. Stay away.
