I had a beloved family member at this facility who lost 30 pounds in 3 months, and was
not bathed for over three weeks. The nurses routinely forgot to give needed medication,
and they routinely allowed my family member to go long periods (more than 24 hours
without eating or drinking). Two hospitalizations in three months and two falls later, we
know our home is better than what we were promised. The administrators allow residents
to sleep and wander without interaction and/or activities. The caregivers are sweet and
loving, but there are never enough caregivers. Two caregivers are on duty at night for 28-
31 residents and 1 nurse until 9:00PM. Money is definitely the bottom line!
