Commonwealth Senior Living (formerly Jefferson Heights) promoted its Daily Check-in process ?to ensure the well-being of all residents? yet failed to check on my mother for four days while she lay trapped in her bed without food or water and forced to soil herself. FOUR DAYS LATER I FOUND HER BARELY ALIVE. Arbitrator in ensuing lawsuit wrote that the incident was ?one which caused her immeasurable injuries, physical pain, mental anguish, humiliation, embarrassment and inconvenience.?
