Confused staff. Nurses who don't know patients' condition. LVNs who
gather at the nursing station to gossip. Total disregard for status of
patient. Hostility when ask about status of a patient. Repeated
requests to process food not done. No walk bys to check status of
patient. Nurse complained to director in front of us about having too
many patients. Beautiful facility and setting don't make up for
substandard care.
