The Hospice Center

The Hospice Center offers hospice care for seniors near the end of life. It is the goal of hosipice to optimize the final days of life by providing intensive care. Most hospice services like The Hospice Center also work with families of seniors to help heal the pain associated with losing a loved one. The concept of hospice includes palliative care for the incurably ill given in institutions like hospitals or nursing homes, but also includes care provided to those who would rather die in their own homes.
