Brookdale Brookfield

Brookdale Brookfield, formerly Clare Bridge Place Brookfield, is a new memory care community in Brookfield, WI that provides Alzheimer’s and dementia care for seniors. Located on a campus that includes its sister assisted living community, Clare Bridge Place is a Brookdale community dedicated to serving the special care needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. From our building design to our carefully selected staff and specialized programming, we focus on the individual needs of each resident and family we serve.
