Salem Center

Salem Center is located in Salem, WV. Our center is a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation facility who has been serving the community for 30 years. We also provide respite care for people whose primary, at-home caregiver is temporarily unavailable. In addition to a range of post-acute care, rehabilitation and specialty medical services, we strive to meet the social needs of our patients and residents through recreational programs. At a capacity of 112 beds, Salem Center has private and semi-private beds to offer a variety of accommodations to meet your needs.
