Because of the configuration of the above unit all people are treated the same, although they are not at the same levels of dementia or Alzheimer's. There is no supervision in the unit as a nurse for the whole facility is in charge. the caregivers want to do their job but need more guidance daily.
I have not had my husband anywhere else to compare, but i see room for improvement.
