Well, my dad has been at Regency of Evergreen Valley just over 2 years. The facility changed ownership recently and the transition has gone reasonably smoothly.
I really appreciate the extra mile that staff goes to care for my dad. I don't worry about him since I know I will get a phone call if something goes wrong. They check on him several times a day including during the nights.
