Nurses were overworked and missed meds; therapy director and admin director intentionally were lax on therapy schedules so patients would have to stay longer. CNA staff overworked and left patients in chairs overnight unattended. Forced incompetent patients to sign documents they didn't understand. Smooth as a whistle when Medicare inspectors were there. Otherwise, NIGHTMARE.
