Brookdale Carmel

Brookdale Carmel, formerly Clare Bridge of Carmel, is the only private pay, freestanding all memory care community in Central Indiana. Located just 30 minutes from Indianapolis, we provide Alzheimer’s and dementia care for seniors. Our philosophy is that of “person centered care,” and we offer the Daily Path of Life Enrichment and Care to help meet our residents at their point of need and encourage their highest level of participation. All of our staff are trained to care for residents with memory care needs on an ongoing, monthly basis.
