McDowell Village

I moved my mother from a competitor in the Scottsdale area because she was not
fitting into the community. From the moment we walked into McDowell Village my
mothers spirit improved. Our sales rep Jay introduced her to the first two
residents we say in the Bistro. The three of them started talking and wouldn't
stop. I tried to rush her along as not to wast time. Jay told me he had all the
time in the world, "let her have a nice time." So I was introduced to Ilona the
Health and Wellness Director so we could talk about my mothers needs. She was so
supportive. My mother picked a lovely apartment overlooking a small courtyard. I
found the pricing for the services a very good bargain compared to other
communities I had looked at in Scottsdale. During our tour we were invited by
one of the residents name Elaine to come in a see her beautiful apartment. Again
my mother made a new friend that I had to almost drag her out so we could
continue our visit. My mother is moving into McDowell Village next week and she
just can't wait to get there. Jay and the staff have been so helpful in getting
everything together so when my mom moves in I'm sure she will feel that she has
lived there for years.
