I can't believe that Regency has a child working in one of the most important position.I have been there visiting my relative.And she talks down to you like your stupid.Very unprofessional and even the staff said,I don't know the half.It's bad .I am very sad.I thought this would be a great move.please if you have a loved one there.Think about other options.I've seen residents act crazy .Makes you feel like your loved one is not safe.Janie I think is the girl in charge good luck with her.SHe IS NOT IN My opinion.Cut out for taking care of adults. Maybe a daycare. Sincerely,fed up
