The Gardens of Sun City is a senior living community offering assisted living residences, Five
Star’s award-winning Bridge to Rediscovery Alzheimer’s care program, skilled nursing care, and
rehabilitation and respite/short stays for seniors with specialized needs. With 52 assisted living
suites, 39 skilled nursing home beds, and accommodations for 23 residents with memory care needs,
our community has served the Sun City, area for more than 20 years.

Our senior living services include restaurant-style dining, exercise classes, shopping outings,
in-house physical therapy and regular wellness checks, games and other recreational
