Carlton Plaza is an OK place if you only need basic care. Like if you do not need help to take your medication or need any thing out of the ordinary. Once you start asking for added services the prices quickly shoot up.
My dad needs supervision with showers so I authorized them to charge him for help with two showers a week. From what my dad said and my coming to visit him and catching him coming out of the shower, there is really was no one watching him. Also, He gets charged for 5 room visits a day to make sure he was OK and yet he ended up into the hospital with Pneumonia from being allowed to eat in bed. This is something I saw and had to talk to him and staff person about. C.P. is nice facility but
the staff is not very attentive.
