When my Grandmother moved in here close to 10 years ago it
seemed very nice. As the years have gone on the staff, attention to
residents and all around correspondence has gone way down hill.
Many things have come up "missing" from my Grandmother's room
and it's all very upsetting.
I would not recommend this facility to anyone looking to put a family
member here.
Bernice, she runs the facility is very fake. She doesn't actually care
about anything but her paycheck. The same with Jean, I generally see
her running the front desk - IGNORING the beeping of residents
calling for help.
Angela is a great GREAT person. I feel bad she works here and wish
that the entire staff was like her.
My Grandmother's room is always dirty, and lately she has been
missing jewelry, clothes and her wallet.
I hope that we move her ASAP!
