I have viewed this place 3 times; the first with a friend and now twice
with my family. The shared units are a little small. They were once
one bedroom facilities and were converted into 2, cutting the living
room size down to about 1/3 its original, but that's the only negative.
They have accommodations for every type of senior issue. It's a
remarkable place. They also give a lot of information about how to
afford it (veteran's benefits, PACE). The public areas are exceptional
and so is the staff. We encountered very happy tenants, average age
is over 80. They are active, interactive and very upbeat. I have heard
the food is exceptional, too. It's gourmet. A LOT of activities,
including things to do/see off the grounds. They even go to Red Sox
games. Can't speak highly enough. They mentioned they just
reached #1, beating out Sunrise in Braintree, but I can't find that
anywhere.
