This facility is now known as Emeritus at Dartmouth Village. The management of
this facility is terrible! No follow up on anything! I've had to make repairs
to my parents room myself, because they kept promising to have maintenance take
care of it, but never got done! The staff is BADLY under-trained, and morale is
horrendous. Key managers will lie to you about situations that occur involving
residents, and they are completely unqualified to deal with dementia residents.
Employee turnover is high, and they tell you everything you want to hear at the
sales pitch to get you in, and then deliver nothing. This was a huge mistake
that is difficult to undo. I strongly advise that you do not use this facility
for your loved ones!
