We moved Mom out two weeks after moving in due to the lack of dignity, respect, and
basic care from the Exec. director to the kitchen staff, just miserable uncaring, unfriendly,
cold people. Took 5 days to get Moms meds straight, actually witnessed non-medical staff
checking medications, food was horrible (fixed in another bldg. and driven over) always
late, and residents were afraid to ask for anything. Moms blood pressure went thru the
roof, and she was frightened at night. She lived in another facility and was fine until a fire
forced us out, so we do know good from bad...management, even tried keeping our
community fee, finally agreed to reimburse, but we spent a lot of money moving her
in...and out...shame on these people! Even ran into a former employee who left because
the management was in her words heartless.
