Opened in 1996, Oak Crest Manor of Spring Lake includes four assisted-living Manor Holmes and three
independent living units. The facility offers three levels of care. Level 1 and 2 care residents
may choose from a variety of floor plans. Level 3 care patients reside in a safe and secure area
specifically designed for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia. For Independent living residents,
