Wanted to share a review of this establishment because I currently
have my father in this facility and I couldn't be happier. The entire
staff from the folks that answer the phone, to the admittance staff, to
the billing folks, to the nursing staff, to the dining hall staff are all
extraordinarily nice. They know who you are and your guest/resident
by name and are friendly, engaging, competent, and do their very
best to provide a facility where a patient is not just a number, which is
sometimes lacking in elder care management. The apartments are
adequate for the needs of a person who might be looking at a facility
like this one (e.g. wheelchair accessible sinks, bathrooms, shower
stalls without high sides - that sort of thing). The nursing staff is
responsive when you press your "alert pendant", and their
kindness/compassion is like none other. Can't say enough wonderful
things about this place.
