For example, the SLAAA provides transportation services to doctors' offices, the hospital, or the dialysis center; trips to the 13 senior centers; trips for governmental or bank business; trips for necessary shopping at the grocery store, etc. Other programs include health screenings, medication management, injury prevention education, and health risk assessments.
