Resident & family reviews
*FIANCE' DIED* *HILLSIDE JUST WANTS TO HAVE PATIENTS LAY THERE AND ROT AND COLLECT THEIR MEDICAL INSURANCE MONEY!!* Irene Waldron-Head of Genesis nursing homes, Ruth Graziano-Exec. Dir., Sarah Boone-Mktg. Dir., Nichelle Eggleston-S.W. Don Blustein & Carol Adomaitis-So-called Investigators & Amanda, Barbara Plummer-nurses are totally corrupt individuals! Hillside changed their name to Complete Care because of the terrible reviews on Google and other sites. Do not allow your loved ones to become a resident of terror, trauma, and abuse. They would not come when he rang his bell. He was in severe pain and they would not come or take their time getting to his room. Their excuse is they have a lot of patients. Obviously, they do not have enough staff to care for your loved one. He ended up going to the hospital because the doctors and staff grossly neglected his and other residentsโ care. They denied him physical therapy and all his requests for help were ignored. The social worker said he was incompetent but he communicated with me and others. I and others are witnesses all these incidents. I desperately tried to have him transferred to another facility and even contacted a local Television station for help but the Directors lied to them and said there was a legal matter but that was untrue. The conniving staff was determined to keep him there against his will and because of this, he died on May 17th, 2021. His name is William Elgie Harris Jr. You can look up his obituary online to see that I am telling the truth. The names mentioned above are a huge disgrace to the entire state of Delaware and Healthcare facilities should be held accountable, reprimanded and prosecuted for condoning each otherโs negligence, verbal and physical abuse. Nurses strong handed him and pulled on his paralyzed arm and forced him over while change his undergarments. There was metal sticking into his thigh from a wheelchair. He showed them and he was ignored. His gums were black and he had 4 green teeth. I called everyone even the Obudsman and they did nothing!! I can go on and on but if anyone has questions or wants more information, please contact MB at truthandreason@gmail.com
