Nurses don’t care. They pass meds. No idea about orthopedic precautions. Push everything on therapy staff. Quick to ask for help and then vanish. Never ever transfer a patient let alone know how to. Good at paperwork and covering their butts. Older nurses are embarrassed by these people. Nurses used to do personal care....toilet their residents...transfer them. They knew their residents! Nurses nowadays are a JOKE. In it to have a JOB...not because they love it. Nursing has fallen a LONGGG way. They should be called glorified medication techs.
