Our newly renovated facility offers quality clinical, skilled and rehabilitation services for both ShortStay and LongTerm needs in a family centered atmosphere. Burlington Woods Center is easily accessed from route 295, NJ turnpike, route 541 and route 130. It is nestled quietly in a wooded area on Sunset Road. Two large courtyards are available to our residents, visitors and families to enjoy. Our ShortStay Unit has 15 spacious, private suites as well as semi-private accommodations. We also offer inpatient and outpatient dialysis capabilities for Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis.
