The warmth is real and shows up again and again in the care roles, residents spoken of with affection and colleagues who like each other. What has changed is above them. Since the sale to Kisco, reviewers describe managers appointed without the experience to hold a building together, rotas that stretch people thin, and a widening gap between what the floor sees and what leadership hears.
