My brother was transferred to this facility as he was dying of
complications due to a stroke three months' earlier. It took 3 days for
hospice to kick in and during that time, we found the "care" to be so
substandard, it was frightening. We feared for his safety so much that
he had round-the-clock visitors to, basically, protect him FROM the
staff. When his needs were actually met, he was treated brusquely -
even roughly. Other times, you would press the button and there
would be no response for up to 2 hours. Avoid at all costs!!!!
